Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until the vegetables are tender. 2 Add the flour and milk to the pot. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, or until thickened. Add the peas and corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
